  • 5 Ounces Semisweet Chocolate Bar (Chopped)
  • 2 Ounces Milk Chocolate Bar (Chopped)
  • 1/4 Cup Bosco Chocolate Syrup
  • 8 Tablespoons Butter
  • 3 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
  • 3 Large Eggs
  • 1 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 5 Tablespoons Malted Milk Powder
  • 1 Cup Flour


1.) Preheat oven to 350° and grease/flour the bottom side of an eight inch square baking dish.

2.)  In a saucepan, melt butter on low heat, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. In a separate bowl, melt both chocolates and syrups until smooth. Set aside to cool.

3.) In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla, and malt powder until combined. Whisk chocolate mixture into egg mixture until smooth. After, slowly mix in flour with spoon until combined. Pour batter into the pan.

4.) Bake the brownies in the center of the oven for 35-40 minutes. Cool in room temperature for one to two hours.
