Ingredients:

● Sirloin Steak (11⁄2 Pound)
● Garlic (1 Tablespoon)
● Paprika (1 Tablespoon)
● Butter (2 Tablespoon)
● Green Onion (1 Cup) (Sliced)
● Green Pepper (2) (Cut in strips)
● Beef Broth (1 Cup)
● Water (1⁄4 Cup)
● Fresh Tomatoes (2 Large) (Diced)
● Cornstarch (2 Tablespoons)
● Soy Sauce (2 Tablespoons)

Instructions:

● Sprinkle steak with paprika.
● Cook steak and garlic in butter until the garlic is browned.
● Add onions and pepper strips.
● Cook veggies until wilted.
● Add tomatoes and broth.
● Simmer for about 15 minutes.
● Blend cornstarch and water and cook until thick.
● Serve over rice.
