Ingredients:

● Pinto or Red Beans (1 Can, 14 ounces.)
● Garlic (1 Finely minced or pressed.)
● Taco Seasoning (1 Teaspoon)
● Diced Tomatoes (1⁄2 Can)
● Chili Peppers (1⁄2 Cup)
● Cheddar Cheese (11⁄2 Cup)

Instructions:

● In a small saucepan, mash beans until smooth.
● Heat until beans are steaming and stir in the garlic,
seasoning, tomatoes, and peppers.
● Simmer and stir occasionally for about 10 minutes.
● Serve beans and top with Cheese.
