Ingredients:

● Flour (11⁄2 Cups)
● Baking Soda (1⁄2 Teaspoon)
● Baking Powder (1⁄2 Teaspoon)
● Salt (1⁄2 Teaspoon)
● Eggs (3)
● Sugar (1 Cup)
● Softened Butter (2 Tablespoons)
● Vanilla (1 Teaspoon)
● Lemon Extract (1 Teaspoon)
● Lemon Juice (1⁄3 Cup)
● Oil (1⁄2 Cup)

Instructions:

● Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
● Mix eggs, butter, vanilla, lemon extract, lemon juice, and oil.
● Mix both mixtures.
● Bake at 350° until knife comes out clean.
