On Sunday, April 14th, Jaylan Johnson was awarded the 2024 Griddy Award. Johnson was one of only 25 student-athletes to earn the award. The Griddy Award is a prestigious award for the top Indiana high school football players.
Jaylan Johnson led the Owls in receiving yards with 960 yards and 9 touchdowns. Johnson is only a junior and will have another year to pile on more amazing yards. Johnson was 16th in receiving yards for Indiana and will be looking to top that list next season. Let’s see if he can get even more awards next season. Owls Will
