The SHS Boys’ Soccer team is almost a week away from beginning their season, and they have just released their complete season schedule. Last year, the Owls finished the season with a 13-6 record and a 4-2 conference record. They also won their first Sectional Championship since 2009, with a 3-0 win over Jeffersonville. Last season was a great success for the Owls; now let’s see their schedule for the upcoming season.

Seymour is looking to have another great season and repeat as Sectional Champions. They lost a few key players, but that just leaves room for more guys to step up and play a bigger role. The Owls will be led by seniors Evan Unterseher, Dominic Dennis, Brandon Martinez, and Liam Chandler.
Preseason Record Prediction: 7-9
This team has a lot of potential, but they lost a ton of talent, and it will be almost impossible to get back to the same level as last year. I hope that they can prove me wrong and go on to have a great season. Don’t ever count out Coach Dennis and the Owls.
Seymour’s first home game is on August 28th against Bloomington North at 7:30 PM. Let’s show up and show out for our Seymour Owls Boys’ soccer team this year.
