“I have ADHD and I find it extremly hard to focus with all the noises so I get distracted and I struggle badly with my classes.”

I also find it very hard to focus, but I’m the complete opposite. I find it easier to focus with noise, and I did find some ways to help me! I always have something with me that I can fidget with. I really like to use my rings to play with. Some people like rubber bands. My brother even has a fidget cube! If fidgeting doesn’t help, I always count. Counting in my head blocks out other noises. Count your fingers or the posters on the wall, just keep trying things and I promise that you will be able to find something that helps you!
