Fried​ ​Rice

Ingredients:

● Onion (1⁄4 Cup) (Chopped)
● Green Pepper (2 Tablespoons) (Chopped)
● Vegetable Oil (2 Tablespoons)
● Rice (2 Cups)
● Soy Sauce (2 Tablespoons)

Instructions:

● Cook and stir onions and green peppers in oil.
● Stir in rice and soy sauce.
● Cook over low heat for 5 to 7 minutes.
