Sweet​ ​and​ ​Sour​ ​Meatballs

Meatballs​ ​Ingredients:

● Hamburger (1 Pound)
● Dry Bread Crumbs (1⁄2 Cup)
● Milk (1⁄4 Cup)
● Onion (2 Tablespoons) (Chopped)
● Salt (1 Teaspoon)
● Worcestershire Sauce (1⁄2 Teaspoon)
● Eggs (1)

Sauce​ ​Ingredients:

● Brown Sugar (1⁄2 Cup)
● Cornstarch (1 Tablespoon)
● Pineapple Chunks (1 Can)
● Vinegar (1⁄3 Cup)
● Soy Sauce (1 Tablespoon)
● Green Pepper (1 Small) (Chopped)

Meatball​ ​Instructions:

● Beat eggs and mix with milk, salt, worcestershire sauce, and dry bread
crumbs.
● Add onions and mix with hamburger.
● Makes around twenty (1 1⁄2 inch) meatballs. Cook in skillet with sauce.

Sauce​ ​Instructions:

● Mix brown sugar and cornstarch in skillet.
● Stir in pineapple with vinegar, and soy sauce.
● Heat to boiling and stir constantly.
● Reduce heat and add meatballs.
● Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes.
● Stir in peppers and simmer until tender. (About 5 minutes.)
