Ingredients:

● Flour (3 Cups)
● Salt (1⁄4 Teaspoon)
● Sugar (1 Cup)
● Baking Powder (4 Teaspoons)
● Milk (11⁄2 Cups)
● Eggs (2)
● Vanilla (2 Teaspoons)
● Melted Butter (1⁄2 Cup)

Topping Ingredients:

● Soft Butter (1 Cup)
● Brown Sugar (1 Cup)
● Flour (2 Tablespoons)
● Cinnamon (1 Tablespoon)

Glaze Ingredients:

● Sugar (2 Cups)
● Milk (5 Tablespoons)
● Vanilla (1 Tablespoon)

Instructions:

● Mix flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder.
● Mix milk, eggs, vanilla, and butter.
● Pour into greased pan.

Topping Instructions:

● Mix butter, brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon.
● Pour evenly on top of the batter.
● Swirl with knife.
● Bake at 350° for 28 to 32 minutes.

Glaze Instructions:

● Mix sugar, milk, and vanilla.
● Drizzle over warm cake.
