Colleen Hoover has swept the country with her novels within these past few years. She continued to write twenty-two more books from 2013-2022, nine of which being on the New York Times bestseller list. With more books to come in the future, Hoover has proven herself to be a successful writer. With the help of TikTok, Hoover’s books have been spread to new audiences. She has sold over 20 million copies of her novels around the world.

Though they may be ‘cookie-cutter’ romance novels, they are filled with excitement, passion, and mystery. With an eventful story line, and even more exciting characters, they are perfect novels for high school students to enjoy. 

Hoover’s literature has also inspired many teens to dive into reading. Most high school students aren’t huge fans of reading on their own time, especially when they could be playing sports or video games instead, but Colleen Hoover’s work has made reading fun and exciting again. Who wouldn’t want to read a book full of suspense and love? Teens can relate to her stories since they are going through the experiences in the books themselves.
