Ingredients:

● Sugar (3 Cups)
● Eggs (4)
● Lemon Juice (1 Teaspoon)
● Water (1⁄3 Cup)
● Salt (1 1⁄2 Teaspoon)
● Nutmeg (1 Teaspoon)
● Vegetable Oil (1 Cup)
● Zucchini (2 Cups) (Grated)
● Flour (3 1⁄4 Cups)
● Cinnamon (1 1⁄2 Tablespoon)
● Baking Soda (2 Teaspoon)
● Vanilla (1 Teaspoon)

Instructions:

● Combine sugar, salt, nutmeg, flour, baking soda, and cinnamon.
● In another bowl, combine oil, eggs, water, lemon juice, and
zucchini.
● Combine mixtures.
● Pour into greased pans and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
