Warrant on the Madman

Charlie, Staff Writer

On March 17, 2023, the International Criminal Court issued an arrest warrant for the dictator of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin which is no surprise considering his alleged war crimes in Ukraine. Some examples include summary killings, sexual violence, and other unlawful violence against civilians, according to the Human Right’s Watch.

As established by the Geneva Convention, this makes Putin a war criminal and as such, there is an international warrant for his arrest. To sweeten the pot, Russian banker and tycoon, Alex Konanykhin placed a bounty on the head of the Madman through his social media, currently sitting at $1,000,000. As the war in Ukraine rages on, do not forget that millions of people are still being impacted by the war a lunatic declared. Stand with Ukraine.
