Persimmon Pudding

Ingredients:
● Persimmon Pulp (2 Cups)
● Sugar (2 1⁄2 Cups)
● Baking Soda (1⁄2 Teaspoon)
● Baking Powder (2 Tablespoons)
● Milk (2 1⁄2 Cups)
● Cinnamon (1⁄2 Teaspoon)
● Vanilla (1⁄4 Teaspoon)
● Flour (2 Cups)
● Eggs (2)
● Melted Butter (4 Tablespoons)
Instructions:
● Beat all ingredients together.
● Heat oven to 325°
● Grease baking dish.
● Mix persimmon, baking soda, sugar, and eggs.
● Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon, vanilla, salt, milk, and melted
butter.
● Pour into pans.
● Bake for 55 minutes.
