On April 3rd and 4th, 10 wrestlers competed in at least one of the three wrestling styles at the Team Jeff Ironman. The three styles of wrestling are Folkstyle, Freestyle, and Greco. In all three styles of wrestling, the wrestler can win by pin or by having more points when the time runs out.

In Folkstyle, to win by points before the time runs out, a technical fall, wrestlers need to have at least 15 more points than their opponent. To win Freestyle, the wrestler accumulates points before the time runs out, having at least 10 more points than their opponent. Scoring in Freestyle is also different: wrestlers can gain 2 points for every roll they put their opponent in. Finally, in Greco, to win by points before time runs out, the wrestler needs to have at least 8 more points than their opponent. Greco is all about the upper body; the wrestler cannot touch the legs, so you must rely on throws to score points.
